Madoka is a character from a magical girl anime called Puella Magi Madoka Magica. She is a very kind and pure-hearted girl. I made the costume from scratch, making my own pattern for it.  Her costume is simple and girly. I added simple flower patterned lace trimming to the costume as madoka's weapon has a pink rose at the end and it also looks a bit like it belongs on a  girls school uniform which makes her look even more innocent. I also used pearly and sparkly beads to do the detail on her skirt to add another layer of magic and girl like quality to the costume.
